Cheese “King Arthur"manufacture of company Milkiland EU was awarded by experts of the National program on promoting “Doceń polskie”. Honorary patron of the program and promoting the development of Polish cuisine of the highest quality, is the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. The decision to award has been issued during of XIV audit program to the prestigious certificate.

TOP PRODUCT title for Milkiland Cheese

Milkiland EU is one of the winners of the XIV audit program which is organized in the National Programme for the promotion of “Doceń polskie”. The certificate was awarded, which confirms the high quality of the product proposed the company for cheese “King Arthur.” Cheese has also won the title of TOP product, reserved for food, and was awarded maximum marks.

This is the second product of the Milkiland EU, which was awarded the certificate “Doceń polskie”. Earlier, the jury awarded Ostrowski sliced cheese.

- Principles which distinguish certificates “Doceń polskie” very clear. Program winners are not accidental companies. It is manufacturers, whose products really deserve recognition. The certificate is valuable advice for consumers when choosing a good Polish cuisine - emphasizes Marek Bielski, the organizer of “Doceń polskie”.

Certificates “Doceń polskie” are not provided automatically - is awarded only to those products which when testing will be approved by a group of experienced experts from the food industry. A common element of all products that pretend to certified “Doceń polskie” - the product must have a so-called Polish accent. It means to have features that link the product with Poland. Such as on the basis of traditional recipes and native ingredients, and food production in the Polish language. This condition is basic for enabling participation in checking.

Experts who are members of the jury of the program, check each food individually and award him the points for the criteria of taste and appearance. Each expert has a rating on a scale of 1-10. Based on the number of points received, the decision to issue a certificate “Doceń polskie”. A valuable symbol marked only those products that are have received from the experts at least 7.5 points. Products with the highest rating wins the title of TOP product.

Honorary patron of the program, “Doceń polskie” is the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. The representative of the Ministry of Agriculture is one jury member, who assess products. The jury only are people with great experience in the food industry. The group is chaired Mirek Drewniak, chef, co-founder and member of the club of chefs Fund. Certificates that are issued by the products, are valid for two years. After this period the manufacturer, who still wants to use the advertising posters must provide the product for re-evaluation. This allows you to check how the company (despite deadlines) keeps the quality worthy of the award.
